It's exciting to be a key part of a progressive, leading edge practice. It's one of my jobs though to make sure that you're comfortable being here and feel welcomed. We know the technology can be overwhelming for some patients. If you have any suggestions to help us reach our goal of - 'patients first - always!' - please let me know!

I will also start your exam with "pre-testing".  These tests are designed to give the doctor some important information to help her better understand the condition of your eyes and vision.

Ellen, our optician is highly trained and experienced to help you select the most appropriate frames and lenses to meet your individual needs.  She also takes care to properly fit and adjust your new glasses and assist you with any eye wear counseling.  Subsequent adjustments are free of charge and if you have any questions or concerns Ellen and the rest of our staff will be delighted to address them as meticulously as possible.

Karen is our systems administrator, working with our billing and insurance issues.  Feel free to call upon her to have your insurance benefits explained even before you are seen for an appointment. 

Our office offers a unique service known as Optometric Vision Therapy.  Jessica is our lead vision therapist and carries out the vision therapy progam designed by Dr. Sapossnek.  Jessica is seen in this picture demonstrating the Brock String exercise.  This procedure is done as a feedback activity for improved binocular (two eyed) seeing.
